How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roast Date' to ensure you receive your coffee at the peak of its flavor profile, typically within 3-5 days of roasting.
Do you offer subscription services?
Yes, our 'Union Brew Club' allows you to schedule deliveries every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Members receive a 15% discount on every order and can cancel or pause their subscription at any time.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive within 3-5 business days.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. Union Coffee is committed to Direct Trade practices. we work directly with farmers to ensure they are paid above Fair Trade premiums and support sustainable farming initiatives.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Can I get my coffee pre-ground?
Yes, we offer various grind settings including Whole Bean, Drip, Espresso, and French Press. Simply select your preferred grind on the product page before adding it to your cart.
