Due to the perishable nature of coffee, please contact us immediately if your roast does not meet our quality standards.

Prepare Your Package
For hardware or unopened coffee bags, securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
